What happens if my customer cancels an order?

A buyer can amend/edit or cancel their order via their Todelli account within 60mins after their order is made, you will be automatically notified by the Todelli's system when that happens.

We only give the buyer a 60mins window to cancel their order in order to avoid any event of you preparing the order. Please make a note of that when you start accepting orders and let us know your feedback via email at support@todelli.com. We are always looking to improve our experience.

You will not be paid for cancelled orders.
